Student Success Tutors are pivotal in maintaining high levels of student retention and satisfaction at GBS. Finding solutions and pre-emptive action are the heart of the Student Success Tutor role.
Anna Kerks
Anna has worked at Global Banking School for 3 years. She started as a Programme Administrator and is now a Head Student Success Tutor, overseeing the SST team that looks after students studying with the CCCU Partnership. She studied at Manchester Metropolitan University, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Events Management and has over 10 years of experience in the events, hospitality and customer service industries.
Erdenetuya Tuka Baasankhuu
We were delighted to welcome the Lord Mayor of Leeds, Councillor Asghar Khan, to our recent campus inauguration. The event was attended by staff and students of GBS as well as our guest of honour, Sir John Battle KCSG.
We are very proud of our Leeds campus and the wonderful facilities available for our students. Over 1250 people from Leeds and the surrounding areas are already studying with us and we look forward to welcoming more.
Bekinkosi Masuku
Bekinkosi has worked at Global Banking School for 3 years. He started at the company as a Student Success Tutor and is now a Head Student Success Tutor, overseeing the SST team that looks after students studying with the University of Suffolk Partnership. He studied at the University of Nottingham, with a BA(Hons) in Politics and American History and is currently working towards his CFA Level 4 Investment Management Certificate.
Joshua Sidhu
Joshua started at Global Banking School as a Student Success Tutor and is now the Head Student Success Tutor for the LTU Partnership, overseeing a team across all GBS campuses that supports students throughout their academic journey. He has a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology in Business and has experience in student support and project management.
