The Greenford Campus of Global Banking School (GBS) was abuzz with excitement on Tuesday, 11 February, as Swan Care Group Ltd hosted a highly successful recruitment day. The event provided Health and Wellbeing students with a unique opportunity to engage with industry professionals and explore rewarding career paths in the healthcare sector.

Swan Care Group’s team brought enthusiasm, patience, and invaluable expertise, offering students meaningful insights into the industry. Their dedication to creating a supportive and interactive environment was evident throughout the day, ensuring students gained a wealth of knowledge and career guidance.

One of the most remarkable outcomes of the event was the immediate hiring success. Out of over 90 students who attended, 10 (and counting) secured job offers on the spot, underscoring both the students’ potential and Swan Care Group’s commitment to fostering future healthcare professionals.

Building on the success of the recruitment day, Swan Care Group returned on Wednesday, 19 February, for the “Celebrating Your Success” event. This follow-up occasion allowed students to reconnect with Swan Care Group representatives and celebrate their achievements.
